Ultra High Purity (UHP) Prepurification

Chemical Design Ultra High Purity (UHP) Purification system provides additional contaminant removal from an air stream prior to entering the cold box for cryogenic distillation. The air stream first enters a reactor to remove trace quantities of hydrogen and carbon monoxide. This is followed by a temperature swing adsorption system to remove water and carbon dioxide. The results are a ultra high purity nitrogen from the cold box.
