Hydrogen Chloride (HCl) Purification

Chlorination of organic compounds forms hydrogen chloride as a by-product. Residual organic compounds must be removed from the hydrogen chloride to meet purity requirements. Chemical Design, Inc. has developed a commercial process to remove the organic content to allow the hydrogen chloride to be used.
